PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by PayPal or Stripe.. Payment is deducted when we process your order. If your payment cannot be authorised for any reason we will tell you. Full title to the goods purchased will only pass to you once full payment has been received by us.



PRICES
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.


RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have placed an order with us you will receive a receipt confirmation email. This should be kept in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact info@jeremyjames.co.uk or telephone us on 0786 7802690 and we will investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.


COLOUR AND DIMENSIONS
While every effort has been made to show items accurately on our website, slight variations may occur.

Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual computer screens.

All measurements quoted are approximate.

Any use of this website, its images or content, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Jeremy James.

DELIVERY
Deliveries in the UK will be made by the Post Office Royal Mail or ParcelForce or an appropriate delivery service – Postage and Packaging is free within the UK over £15.00, unless stated otherwise. For all other costs please view our Delivery and Returns page.


RETURNS
Under the Consumer Contracts (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your contract by giving us notice before you receive the goods or within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please email info@jeremyjames.co.uk or telephone 0786 7802690.

If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, just send them back to us (unused and undamaged with the original packaging) within 28 days and we’ll refund or replace them.

Postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except where an item is faulty or the delivered order is incorrect.

Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used to purchase the goods once we receive the goods back from you at our premises.

If you are not able to return the goods in a perfect condition or without the original packaging then we may charge you for any reduction in value of the goods as a result.

You will be responsible for all returned goods until they reach our premises. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate or other means of verifying carriage to our premises when returning any part of you order.

Please note your right to return goods does not apply on personalised items, special orders or gift vouchers all of which can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

None of the above will affect your statutory rights.

‘Where’s your Jeremy James?’ Competition Terms and Conditions

 

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to **Jeremy James** whose Instagram handle is @jeremy_james_artist and Facebook handle is jeremy.james.3367. The "Prize" refers to **Fox & Bird sculpture**

  • By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 12th January 2023, 6.00pm. One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected by The Promoter on 14th January, 2023 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.

  • The Promotors competitions with entry via  Facebook are open only to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). One (1) winner will be chosen from all entrants and across all platforms.I

  • No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

  • Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

  • Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

  • Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

  • Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.

  • Each entrant shall enter the competition via Facebook by posting a written comment and photograph in the original post ‘Where’s Your Jeremy James?’ by the Promoter, of a purchased or received work of art made by the Promoter, or by sending the same via email to the Promoter.

  • The Prize will be awarded to a selected winner who has entered on Facebook or submitted a photograph via email to the Promoter. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

  • The Promoter will not be help liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

  • Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

  • The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

  • The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

  • The winner’s name and social media username and entered photograph of the artwork and text in the competition, may be posted on the social media profiles and website of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
